Thank you for choosing SENNO to furnish your home. We stand behind our brand and the quality of the products we sell. All SENNO products are designed, tested, and manufactured to meet rigorous quality standards for normal residential use. While we take every precaution to ensure product quality, should an issue arise, the following policy governs warranty coverage and claims.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

All SENNO products are covered by a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), you may request a resolution within 30 days of delivery, subject to our return procedures and approval.

Please note our strict Store Credit ONLY policy for standard returns: We do not issue cash refunds to original payment methods for Buyer's Remorse or Change of Mind. Approved standard returns will be compensated via Store Credit (Digital Gift Card) equal to the value of the product(s) only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returned items must comply with current return conditions, including product condition and packaging requirements, as outlined in our Return Policy:

  • Condition of the product: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and unassembled. It must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any promotional materials.

  • Incomplete products, items returned without original packaging, or products showing signs of misuse or damage will not qualify for a return or Store Credit.

  • Note: SENNO reserves the absolute right to determine the return method and may, at its sole discretion, occasionally waive the physical return requirement (strictly limited to one time per household) to minimize environmental impact.

I. 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY 

SENNO warrants its products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of delivery, under normal residential and intended use as described and instructed in the manual of the product.

This limited warranty applies to all SENNO products, regardless of product category or brand line. If your product is verified to have a manufacturing defect within this period, SENNO will provide a fair resolution. For verified defects, you may choose to receive a full refund to your original payment method or 100% of the purchase price in Store Credit.

At SENNO, you can buy with confidence. We offer quality furniture at affordable prices, all backed by our worry-free guarantee. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

II. WARRANTY COVERAGE

This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal and intended use of the product.

Covered defects may include, but are not limited to:

a) Structural failures caused by defective materials

b) Defects resulting from improper workmanship

c) Product failure that prevents the product from functioning as intended under normal use

III. EXCLUSIONS & NON-COVERED CONDITIONS

This warranty does not cover:

a) Normal wear and tear

b) Natural variations in wood, including grain patterns, color changes, or minor cracking

c) Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper use

d) Improper assembly or failure to follow assembly instructions

e) Use of the product for commercial, rental, or non-residential purposes

f) Exposure to extreme weather, water damage, fire, or environmental conditions beyond normal outdoor use

g) Modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs

h) Damage caused by accidents or external impacts

IV. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SENNO’s liability under this policy is limited solely to the replacement or refund of the product, at SENNO’s sole discretion.

SENNO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits, or personal inconvenience arising from the use of or inability to use the product.

V. ORIGINAL PURCHASER REQUIREMENT

This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product, who is the first purchaser of the product as indicated on the original sales receipt or invoice and who purchased the product from an authorized dealer as a new product.

The original order details, including the order number and purchase confirmation, are the only acceptable proof of purchase and must be retained.

VI. CLAIMS & SUPPORT PROCEDURE

If you believe that your product has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged and is covered under the warranty, kindly follow the steps outlined below:

  • Stop using the product immediately.

  • Contact SENNO Customer Support at contact@senno.com.au or via our official Contact page.

  • Provide proof of purchase (such as order details or invoice).

  • Attach clear images or videos of the defective part(s) or damages.

All warranty and return claims are subject to review and inspection. SENNO reserves the right to approve or deny any claim that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

  • Resolution Process: Once we receive the submitted claim (and the physically returned item, if required by our team), we will verify its condition and initiate the resolution process.

    • For Change of Mind/Buyer's Remorse: An approved resolution will strictly be issued as a Store Credit (Digital Gift Card) equal to the product value only. Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

    • For Verified Manufacturer Defects: You may choose to receive a full refund to your original payment method or Store Credit. SENNO will cover associated return shipping costs for defective items.

  • Resolution Timeframe: The review and resolution process may take 2-5 business days to complete after the item is inspected. For cash refunds (strictly for verified defects), please allow additional business days depending on your payment method and financial institution. We will make every effort to process your request promptly and keep you informed.

VII. GOVERNING LAW

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
