At SENNO, we proudly deliver our furniture Australia-wide. Shipping rates are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your exact delivery address and postcode.

Currently, all orders are shipped via standard ground service. While we are continuously working to improve our logistics to provide quicker options in the future, we do not offer expedited shipping or date-specific delivery requests just yet.

When you place an order with SENNO, please allow up to 2 business days for our team to process and dispatch your items. Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 2–10 business days to arrive at your doorstep via our trusted partners (such as Allied Express Carrier, TNT Carrier, Courier Please and Aramex Carrier). Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your specific location and local courier routes.


RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing SENNO for your next adventures. We stand behind our brand and the quality of the items we sell, and are committed to only producing best-in-class products that are carefully tested and constructed to stand heavy daily use by the most demanding users. When you buy SENNO products through our authorized distributors and retailers, you can be assured that you are getting the authentic products. However, despite our efforts, mistakes do occasionally happen. In case of any concerns, please refer to our policy below or send us a message.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

All SENNO products are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

1. Faulty or Defective Products (Manufacturer Defects)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will make it right:

  • Your Resolution Options: You may choose to receive a full refund to your original payment method, or receive 100% of the purchase price in Store Credit (Gift Card).

  • Return Shipping: SENNO will cover all associated return shipping costs if we require the defective item to be sent back to our facility.

  • Requirement: Clear photos or videos demonstrating the defect are mandatory for verification.

2. Change of Mind & Buyer's Remorse

If you simply change your mind, ordered the wrong size, or the item does not fit your space, we offer a strict Store Credit policy to resolve the issue sustainably:

  • Store Credit ONLY: We do not issue cash refunds to original payment methods for Change of Mind returns. You will receive a Store Credit (Digital Gift Card) to use on future orders.

  • Shipping Fees Excluded: The Store Credit will strictly equal the value of the product(s) only. Because our shipping fees are calculated nationwide at checkout and paid directly to third-party carriers, all original shipping charges are strictly non-refundable.

  • Resolution Process & Discretion: Upon submitting your request, our team will review your case and provide specific instructions. To minimize environmental impact and unnecessary freight logistics, SENNO reserves the right to determine the most sustainable method to process your Store Credit. At our sole discretion, we may occasionally waive the requirement for a physical return.

  • Fair Use Policy: Any discretionary waiver of the physical return requirement is granted as a strict ONE (1) time courtesy per customer or household per lifetime. Unless explicitly waived in writing by our support team, you are required to physically return the item at your own shipping expense. SENNO closely monitors return activity and retains the absolute right to mandate the physical return of any item before issuing Store Credit to prevent policy abuse.

1-Year Limited Warranty:

  • All products from SENNO are backed by a 1-year limited warranty, covering structural and manufacturing defects under standard usage.
  • At SENNO, you can buy with confidence. We offer quality furniture at affordable prices, all backed by our worry-free guarantee. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Warranty Conditions

  • The product must be purchased as new from an authorized SENNO retailer.
  • Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or invoice) is a requirement.
  • Photos of the defective part(s) is highly recommended.
  • This warranty is void if the product is altered or improperly used.

How to Initiate a Request

Ready to submit a return or warranty request? Please follow these simple steps:

  • Step 1: Have your Order Number and proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) ready.

  • Step 2: Submit your request via our Contact Support. Requests under the Satisfaction Guarantee must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Step 3: For defective items, please attach clear photos or videos to the form.

Please allow 2-5 business days for our team to review your request. Store Credits for Change of Mind returns will be issued promptly upon approval. Refunds to original payment methods (strictly for approved defective products) will typically be generated within 2-5 business days of approval, though exact processing times may vary by financial institution.

This policy applies to products purchased at senno.com.au covered by the SENNO Return Policy. If you purchased a SENNO product at any of our partner sites, then your return window and conditions are defined by that specific retailer.
